v1.8.0: Theme redesign, dashboard, and starred items
A redesign of the portal, a new dashboard landing page, and starred items.

Theme
A token-driven design system: every colour, font and spacing decision lives in snapcd-theme.css and SnapCdTheme.cs rather than in components. Ink and steel neutrals, ember accent (#E85D1A), Geist Sans and Geist Mono, border-radius 0 throughout, and a custom Phosphor-derived icon set replacing mixed Material icons.
Light and dark are both fully specified; text-on-accent is palette-driven. Status dots use a lighter accent for running and a deeper red for failed, so the two are distinguishable at dot size.
Dashboard
/Home becomes /Dashboard, with org-wide summary cards, permission-scoped actionable lists, real-time updates and paged loading.
Starred items
Star stacks, namespaces and modules; surfaced on the dashboard and in the nav, with a REST API.
Also in this release
A deadlock fix, ModuleState orphan cleanup, and delete confirmations on destructive actions.
Redirects are in place for the login, invitation and org-switch flows, but bookmarks and external links to /Home should be updated.
