v1.1.0: Deprecated hooks, auto-* flags and BackendConfigs removed

Removal of surface that had been deprecated.

Tagged as 1.1.0 on GitHub.

What is removed

• Hook scalar properties — hooks are configured through the per-task hook resources
• The auto_* flags
• The BackendConfigs entities — backend configuration goes through Terraform array flags

Includes a database migration.

Breaking change

Configurations still using the removed properties or entities must be migrated before upgrading.
